Lemon Tree Hotels Reports Record Q1 Revenue, Plans Asset Restructuring Through Fleur Demerger
Lemon Tree Hotels achieved its highest-ever Q1 revenue of Rs 317.40 crore, an 18% year-over-year growth. Net EBITDA increased by 23% to Rs 142.00 crore, with margins expanding to 44.8%. The company plans a demerger scheme to transfer assets to its subsidiary, Fleur Hotels, aiming to make Lemon Tree asset-light and list Fleur Hotels by next year-end. The hotel chain signed 14 new management contracts and operationalized 5 hotels, bringing its total inventory to 226 hotels with 18,430 rooms. Leadership changes include Neelendra becoming CEO from October 1st, while founder Patanjali Keswani will transition to Executive Chairman.
