Lemon Tree Hotels' Subsidiary Wins Arbitration Award of ₹114.7 Million
Fleur Hotels Limited, a material subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, has won an arbitration case against Hind Inns & Hotels Ltd. and Hind Motors. The award includes a refundable security deposit of ₹114,735,650 with 9% interest per annum from May 24, 2020. Additional expenses of ₹273,501 will also be reimbursed with interest. The respondents must pay within one month or face 11% interest on the total amount. Separately, Lemon Tree Hotels terminated an agreement for its Red Fox property in Neelkanth, Uttarakhand.
