The property will feature 85 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, bar lounge, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.

With this addition, the group's international portfolio now comprises 6 operational hotels and 5 upcoming properties across Nepal, Bhutan, and Dubai. Specifically in Nepal, the company's presence has grown to 8 properties, including 3 operational hotels and 5 in the pipeline. The hotel is located in the Dhanusha District, Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City, placing it near key pilgrimage sites such as the Janaki Temple and Ram Mandir.
