Lemon Tree Hotels has terminated the Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) for Lemon Tree Hotel, Hubli due to a material breach of terms by the property owner, M/s. HRK Hospitality. The company issued a termination letter on July 10, 2026, with the termination set to become effective upon the expiration of five business days from the date of the letter.

Agreements Terminated

The termination of the HOA, originally dated August 22, 2022, between M/s. HRK Hospitality and operator M/s. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, consequently led to the termination of the related License Agreement. This License Agreement was originally executed amongst Lemon Tree Hotels, the owner, and the operator. The hotel was operated under the brand name "Lemon Tree Hotel, Hubli."

Lemon Tree Hotels confirmed that the termination of these agreements does not have any material financial impact on the company. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company confirmed that all necessary regulatory disclosures have been completed.

Lemon Tree Hotels opened Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ajmer, on June 30, 2026, marking the brand's debut in the historic city. The new property features a total of 31 well-appointed rooms and strengthens the group's operational portfolio in Rajasthan to 14 hotels, with nine more properties in the pipeline across the state. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The hotel commenced operations in the first phase with 24 rooms, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, and conference room. The remaining seven rooms are scheduled to become operational in the second phase. The property offers room categories such as Deluxe Room, Executive Room, and Executive Suite. Dining facilities include Keys Café, a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant with seating for 35 guests, and Terrace Café, a rooftop venue accommodating up to 45 guests. Additionally, Unlock Bar provides a space for evening refreshments.

It also serves as a base for travellers visiting the Brahma Temple in nearby Pushkar, located 15.5 km away.
