RR Financial Consultants Reports Mixed Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months FY2022
RR Financial Consultants Limited reported mixed financial results for Q3 and 9M FY2022. Consolidated net profit for 9M increased to Rs 46.92 lakhs from Rs 26.48 lakhs year-over-year. However, Q3 saw a net loss of Rs 4.09 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 2.83 lakhs in Q3 FY2021. Consolidated total revenue for 9M grew by 18.1% to Rs 1,067.14 lakhs. Standalone performance declined with 9M net profit falling to Rs 0.60 lakhs from Rs 8.53 lakhs. The company's paid-up equity share capital remained at Rs 1,106.94 lakhs. Consolidated EPS for 9M stood at Rs 0.42, while standalone EPS was Rs 0.01.
