Authum Investment AGM set for Sep 28, 2026

Sep 04, 2026Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd schedules its 44th AGM for September 28, 2026. The meeting will be held via VC/OAVM with remote e-voting facilities provided to shareholders.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure approved its FY26 annual report and re-appointed two independent directors. Mr. Amit Dangi takes on the interim CFO role.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd received NCLT approval for its resolution plan to acquire real estate assets from Wind World (India) Ltd. The consortium, led by Inox Neo Energies, will split WWIL's operations, with Authum committing approximately ₹350 crore.
