Smt. Arumugam Manimekhalai (DIN: 08411575) has been appointed as an additional director by the Board, subject to shareholder approval. She will serve a five-year term from September 26, 2026, to September 25, 2031.
Manimekhalai brings over three decades of banking experience, including her tenure as Managing Director and CEO of Union Bank of India from 2022 to 2025. She currently serves as an independent director at General Insurance Corporation of India and Muthoot Capital Services Limited.
