In that role, he led global privacy and compliance programs and advised executive leadership on enterprise legal matters.
Before his tenure at Omnicom, Clayton spent 20 years in senior legal leadership roles at Conduent, a multi-billion-dollar global business process outsourcing provider with significant healthcare operations. There, he partnered with business leaders across healthcare, technology, and business services sectors.
Clayton holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served on Law Review, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, teaching Privacy and Cybersecurity Law.
