Strategic Expansion and Associate Investment

During the year, Resgen acquired 34,995 equity shares in Harekrishna Rubber Industries Private Limited for ₹374.94 lakh. This marks the company's first step into an associate relationship within the broader recycling and materials-recovery value chain. The investment is classified as an associate with significant influence. In consolidated terms, the share of profit from this associate contributed ₹142.70 lakh, lifting consolidated PAT to ₹1,019.75 lakh.

The Managing Director highlighted that the pyrolysis oil industry continues to attract strong global interest, aided by tightening plastic-waste regulations and India's diesel co-processing guidelines. The company plans to deepen capacity utilization at its Vikramgad facility and scale its processed-scrap trading business.

AGM Agenda and Director Re-appointment
