Fractal Analytics Limited has appointed Shilpa Kedia as its new Chief Financial Officer and Group CFO, effective October 19, 2026.

Leadership appointment

The Board of Directors approved the appointment on August 31, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. The move follows the resignation of the previous CFO, disclosed on July 6, 2026.

Ms. Kedia will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and form part of the Senior Management of the company from her joining date.

Profile and background

Shilpa Kedia brings over two decades of financial leadership experience to Fractal. She joins from Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where she currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for its India Medical Devices & Technology (MedTech) business.

Prior to her current role at J&J, she spent four years at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in leadership roles including Head of Investor Relations, Group Finance Controller, and Head of M&A, Treasury & Insurance.

Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade with Johnson & Johnson across its Consumer and MedTech businesses and five years with Nokia India. She began her career with the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) leadership program at the Tata Group.

Ms. Kedia is a Chartered Accountant with an all-India rank and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College.

Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder and Group CEO, stated that Ms. Kedia’s experience sitting on the client side of large global enterprises will help turn ambition into measurable business value. He noted that her depth in M&A, treasury, and controllership will strengthen how the company invests in scaling non-linearly.

Fractal Analytics has launched a dedicated India Business Unit to address growing demand from large Indian enterprises for scalable artificial intelligence solutions. The move aims to accelerate business transformation through its agentic AI platform, Cogentiq.

The new unit will be part of the company’s Asia-Pacific practice. Fractal has appointed Rishi Seth as Head of the India Business Unit. He reports to Sandeep Dutta, Chief Practice Officer and Head of APAC.
