Arvind Fashions Limited has appointed Ms. Lakshmi Krishnan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 25, 2026. The appointment aims to strengthen the organization's human resources capabilities with a leader possessing extensive global experience in driving strategic business outcomes. The company disclosed this move under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Ms. Krishnan brings over 25 years of global experience in human resources to the role. Her career includes leadership positions across India, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom, covering the consumer goods, financial services, and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as Head of HR for Corporate Functions at Unilever's global headquarters in London, where she partnered with the Global CFO and Chief Legal Officer to drive organization-wide transformation for a workforce of over 5,000 employees.

Prior to her role in London, she was the Head of HR for Unilever's Global Procurement business in Singapore, a €31 billion operation. In that capacity, she led a best-in-class inclusion programme and significantly enhanced organizational effectiveness and performance. Ms. Krishnan holds a Master's degree in Social Work, having graduated as a Gold Medalist from the University of Madras, and is currently pursuing the CHRO Program at Wharton.
