Mercury EV-Tech Reports Strong Q1 FY2026 Growth, Acquires Stake in Haitek Automotive
Mercury EV-Tech Limited announced strong Q1 FY2026 results with consolidated revenue reaching Rs 2,256.65 crore, up 482% year-on-year. Net profit grew 235% to Rs 162.58 crore. The company acquired a 70% stake in Haitek Automotive Private Limited to enhance its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities. Out of Rs 447.94 crore raised in a preferential issue, Rs 163.35 crore has been utilized as of June 30, 2025.

Mercury EV-Tech Unveils Groundbreaking 3.2 GW Lithium-Ion Battery Facility in Vadodara
