NCLAT Allows Cosmic CRF's Insolvency Process to Continue with Conditions
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has ordered the continuation of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for Cosmic CRF Limited's insolvency proceedings. The Resolution Professional can finalize EOIs, but the Committee of Creditors is prohibited from opening any Resolution Plans until Cosmic CRF's eligibility under Section 29A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is determined.
