Aavas Financiers Approves Issuance of NCDs Worth ₹200 Crore in Strategic Financial Move
Aavas Financiers Limited has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹200 crore. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors approved 20,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each. The NCDs will be issued via private placement, listed on the BSE's Wholesale Debt Market segment, and have a tenor of 60 months. They will be secured by a first ranking exclusive charge of at least 100% of the principal and interest due, created through hypothecation of identified receivables.
