Brigade Enterprises Limited announced the opening of PVR INOX Cinemas at Arcadia, Brigade Cornerstone Utopia in Bengaluru on September 1, 2026. The addition marks the company’s fourth multiplex in the city.
The cinema is located within the retail zone of the development on Whitefield-Sarjapur Road. It features six auditoriums with a seating capacity of 949 seats across approximately 42,000 sq. ft. spread over two floors. Sunil Munshi, COO Retail at Brigade Group, stated that the opening enhances the appeal of Arcadia by combining everyday retail with experiential offerings.
Facility Features
The auditorium experience includes celebrity recliners and lounge seats. The concept introduces a new food court model that integrates food, beverage, and hospitality into the moviegoing experience. Munshi noted that this design aims to create a social and experiential dimension for visitors.
Retail Context
Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia offers approximately 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of retail leasable area. The space hosts a mix of high-street retail, services, cafés, and restaurants. Existing brands include Third Wave Coffee, Si Nonna’s, Chaayos, GigaEats Food Court, Bhartiya Jalpan, Theobroma, McDonald’s, and Burger King.
