Ms. P V Bharathi (DIN: 06519925) brings 37 years of professional banking experience to the role. She began her career as a Probationary Officer at Canara Bank in December 1982 and retired as Executive Director (WTD) in September 2016. Her extensive experience includes serving as the MD & CEO of Corporation Bank, where she led the bank out of Prompt Corrective Action, and as a Chief Risk Officer where she implemented advanced risk management frameworks.

The appointment follows the disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The board meeting, which commenced at 1400 hrs IST and concluded at 1745 hrs IST, also reviewed the requisite regulatory filings attached as Annexure-A and Annexure-B.

The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results in its meeting held on July 22, 2026.
