The board previously approved the appointment of Rishabh Jalan as an additional independent director on August 24, 2026. His five-year term is subject to shareholder ratification at the upcoming AGM.

Appointment Details

Jalan, aged 30, holds a commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He brings nine years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and financial oversight across multiple industries.

Governance and Relationships

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Jalan holds 9,149 shares in the company, representing 0.02% of the paid-up equity share capital.

He is the cousin of Vidip Jatia, the managing director. This relationship does not fall within the definition of 'relative' under Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013. Jalan is not related to any other director on the board.
