Sansera Engineering has agreed to pay USD 2,000,000 to Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc. to settle a civil suit pending before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Charleston Division. The settlement, finalized on July 16, 2026, resolves the lawsuit titled Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc. v. Sansera Engineering Limited, Case No. 2:21-cv-03588-BHH, without any admission of liability by the company. The financial exposure from this settlement is expected to be mitigated through insurance.
