PVR INOX Limited has opened a new five-screen multiplex at MyMoon, Kochi, Kerala. The facility adds 814 seats to the chain's network and features advanced projection and sound technologies to enhance the cinematic experience.
The new property strengthens the company's presence in South India, located on the prominent Chittoor Road. It is designed as a cultural destination inspired by Kerala's artistic heritage, combining contemporary architecture with local design elements.

Each of the five auditoriums is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including PXL, 4K laser projection, Dolby Atmos immersive sound, and RealD 3D. These features aim to deliver greater clarity, depth, and impact for moviegoers.
Seating arrangements vary across the screens to cater to different preferences:
- Premium recliner seating is available in the last row of four auditoriums.
- One auditorium features loungers for a distinct viewing experience.
- Each screen has a unique visual identity with distinct themes, colors, and design treatments.
Design and customer experience
The cinema adopts a "multiplex in a garden" concept, integrating plants throughout the property to create an open environment. Interiors feature reclaimed wood, live-edge tabletops, and sustainable materials. The triple-height foyer includes comfortable seating, a coffee kiosk, and vintage musical instruments.
To improve convenience, the venue offers self-ordering food kiosks, self-ticketing kiosks, digital tabletop menus, and app-based ordering. A dedicated food street provides covered seating and piano windows for quick service. The menu includes entry-level options, MRP food and beverage items, weekday specials, and dedicated health and wellness menus.
