The first agreement was executed on May 26, 2026, with Northern Mindanao Dialysis Clinic Inc. (NMDCl). This ATA, dated May 22, 2026, covers the acquisition of assets for a dialysis center located at Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental. The transaction value for this center is PHP 27,400,000.00, which is approximately INR 4.25 Crores.
The second agreement was also executed on May 26, 2026, with Aliaga Hemodialysis Centre Inc. (Aliaga). This acquisition involves assets for a dialysis center situated at Brgy. Sto. Rosario, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija. The consideration for this center is PHP 44,800,000.00, approximately INR 6.99 Crores.
