This capital was contributed in cash by its participants, with the total subscription amounting to approximately USD 10500 at the applicable exchange rate. The company holds indirect control of 100% of the step-down subsidiary through Nephrocare Health Services International Pte. Ltd.

Ownership Structure

The ownership structure confirms complete control by the listed entity through its Singapore-based intermediary. Nephrocare Health Services International Pte. Ltd holds 99% of the charter capital, while the remaining 1% is held by Mr. Nishant Saxena as a nominee on behalf of the Singapore subsidiary.
