The promoter and promoter group cast all 3,560,477 votes in favour of the resolution, representing a 100.00% participation rate from that category. Public non-institutional shareholders polled 125,358 votes, representing 10.81% of their holdings, all of which were cast in favour. Public institutional shareholders did not participate in the voting. There were no votes against the resolution and no invalid votes recorded across any category.

The EOGM was conducted in full compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. An advertisement was also published on April 09, 2026, in Business Standard (English) — All India Edition and Pratalkal (Marathi) — Mumbai Edition, 21 days before the EOGM, as required under Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
