K2 Infragen Limited has secured orders worth ₹56.91 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN), reinforcing its footprint in the power transmission sector. The orders include the construction of a new 132/33 KV Grid Sub-Station at Mukundgarh in Jhunjhunu district and the development of 220 KV & 132 KV transmission lines linked to the 220 KV Grid Sub-Station at Seruna in Bikaner district. Both projects are slated for completion within a 15-month timeframe.

Project Scope and Details

The order for the Mukundgarh sub-station is valued at ₹29.85 crore, while the transmission lines project in Seruna is valued at ₹27.06 crore. The scope of work for the sub-station includes the supply of all necessary equipment and materials, specifically AL59 Panther Conductor, excluding Power Transformer and ACSR Conductor, along with erection, civil works, testing, and commissioning on a Supply-ETC basis. The company disclosed these orders to the exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Order Book and Expansion

Since December 2025, K2 Infragen has amassed new orders worth ₹411.91 crore across Energy, T&D, Railway, and Renewable Infrastructure Projects. Additionally, the company has bid for tenders approximating ₹580 crore in the Roads and Railways Sectors. Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Founder & Managing Director, stated that the company aims to explore Tariff Based Competitive (TBCB) bidding to build annuity revenues through government assets.
