Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 88,43,000 warrants to five investors through a preferential issue on a private placement basis. Each warrant carries a right to subscribe to one fully paid-up equity share. The allotment was approved by the Board of directors in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
The investors include Singularity Large Value Fund III, ICM Finance Private Limited, 2i Capital PCC, Capri Global Ventures Private Limited, and Utpal Hemendra Sheth. As of the date of allotment, the Investors have paid an amount of ₹102,76,00,818.00 to the Bank. The balance amount will be paid upon exercise and conversion of the Subscription Warrants, in accordance with the terms of the securities subscription agreement dated May 18, 2026, and the ICDR Regulations.
