Music Broadcast Limited (MBL), operator of Radio City, reported a profit of Rs 257.88 lakhs in Q1 FY2026, reversing previous quarter's loss. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 5,000.06 lakhs. The company appointed Ms. Divya Rupchand Karani as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Karani, former CEO of Dentsu South Asia Media, brings extensive media and marketing experience to the board.

Music Broadcast Limited, operator of Radio City FM, faced a challenging fourth quarter with revenue declining by 12.71% year-on-year to ₹546.70 crore. The company swung to a net loss of ₹380.30 crore, compared to a profit of ₹29.70 crore in the same quarter last year. This marks a significant shift from the previous quarter's profit of ₹36.00 crore.
