Syrma SGS Technology Limited has informed stock exchanges that its joint venture company has been officially renamed. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the change from 'Syrma SGS Design and Manufacturing Private Limited' to 'Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited'.
