The company disclosed these details in a filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on June 23, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The product categories covered under this license include bags, pouches, drinkware, stationery, toys, and games.

The territorial scope of the license encompasses Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. This strategic move allows the company to leverage popular intellectual properties to drive sales in these key markets.

The license agreement is set to remain valid until September 30, 2028, providing a long-term window for the subsidiary to establish and grow its presence in the licensed merchandise segment.
