The agreement was executed through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Striders FZ L.L.C., based in the UAE. The revised terms extend the duration of the licensing arrangement up to March 31, 2027.

The product portfolio covered under this agreement includes a diverse range of categories such as accessories, homeware, stationery, gifts, novelties, toys, and games. This expansion is expected to leverage the popularity of the Sanrio characters to drive growth in the specified regions.

The licensing rights have been secured for a specific set of territories in the Middle East. The geographical scope of the agreement includes the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
