Route Mobile concluded its 22nd Annual General Meeting on September 2, 2026. The meeting was held via Video Conferencing and Other Audio-Visual Means.

Shareholders approved the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26.

Key Resolutions Passed

The following ordinary resolutions were recommended for shareholder consideration and approval:

Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta retires by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment. The shareholders approved his re-appointment as a Director.

Auditor Appointment

The company appointed M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a first term of five years. The remuneration for the auditors was also fixed during the meeting.

Meeting Proceedings

Mr. Seckin Arikan, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, chaired the meeting. Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta, Managing Director, provided an overview of the company’s strategic and business performance during FY25-26. Mr. Tushar Agnihotri, Chief Executive Officer, presented on business execution and product innovation.

Fifty-two members attended the meeting. Remote e-voting commenced on August 30, 2026, and concluded on September 1, 2026. Mr. Dhruvil M. Shah was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the voting process. The auditors’ report contained no qualifications or observations.

Route Mobile has appointed Marko Erkic as the chief executive officer of its Colombian subsidiary, Masiv. The appointment is effective September 1, 2026.

Erkic joins Masiv to accelerate communications platform as a service (CPaaS) growth across Latin America. He brings prior experience from Fora Solutions, Minka, and Infobip.

Masivian S.A.S., operating as Masiv, is a cloud communications platform service provider in Latin America. It maintains a strong presence in Colombia and Peru.

The company offers multichannel notification services through SMS, over-the-top business messaging, email, and voice. Its platform orchestrates application-to-person messaging for marketing and operations.

Executive Background

Marko Erkic is an experienced growth and operations leader in digital communications and telecommunications. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Fora Solutions and Minka.

Earlier in his career, Erkic spent ten years in senior regional leadership roles at Infobip. His responsibilities included business development, country management, and regional leadership across Latin America.

Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, stated that Masiv will play a pivotal role in driving strategy across the Latin American market. Route Mobile is part of Proximus Global.
