Railtel Corporation of India has appointed four chartered accountant firms as statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were made pursuant to a letter from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) dated September 9, 2026.
The C&AG issued Letter No. CA. V/ COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT,RAILTL(4)/1018 to formalize the engagements under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
