Prior to his current role, Singh served as CEO of the High Speed Rail Corporation (HSRC), where he finalized feasibility studies for the Golden Quadrilateral of High Speed in India. He also served as a Board Member for four Railway SPV companies of RVNL and discharged responsibilities as the Nodal Officer for RVNL’s CSR initiatives. Under his leadership, the Project Implementation Units (PIUs) of Secunderabad and Ahmedabad received the Best PIU Shield for five consecutive years.
