Director Re-Appointment
The Board approved the re-appointment of Het Patel as a director, who is liable to retire by rotation. This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM. His proposed remuneration includes fees for attending board or committee meetings, reimbursement of expenses, and profit-related commission within the limits stipulated under Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is the cousin brother of Vikram C. Patel, the Promoter, Director, Manager, and CFO of the company, and the nephew of Saritaben N. Patel.
Change in Secretarial Auditor
The Board took note of the resignation of Sejal Shah & Associates as secretarial auditors, effective August 13, 2026. Consequently, it approved the appointment of M/s.
