Panorama Studios International subsidiary Panorama Studios Inflight LLP has executed an agreement with Rainbow Films Production House to exploit the exclusive airborne rights for the entire world including India of the short film titled The Healing Melody. The film stars Haris Gershom and others, under the direction of Devarshi Barot. This strategic move enhances the company's content monetization portfolio by expanding into global in-flight distribution channels.

The company continues to diversify its distribution network through various pacts. Previously, Panorama Studios International executed a licensing agreement with Kongposh Post Sound for the syndication of non-theatrical rights for the short film titled Sperm Girl. Another subsidiary agreement secured exclusive airborne rights for Prarabdh with Aditie Film Production House. Additionally, a deal was secured for exclusive airborne rights for Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat with DMF Play Private Limited. A syndication deal was also signed with Mr. Aditya Janak Joshi on July 2, 2026, for the non-theatrical rights of the short film Embrace the Hustle. Furthermore, Panorama Studios Inflight LLP executed an agreement with Galaxy T20 Sports and Entertainment to exploit the exclusive airborne rights for MOZZAT.

The disclosures were submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Yatin Chaphekar, Company Secretary, signed the disclosures on behalf of Panorama Studios International Limited.

The collaboration leverages Cinépolis India's market reach and audience insights alongside Panorama Studios' distribution expertise. Under the terms of the partnership, films exclusively acquired or distributed by either Cinépolis India or Panorama Studios will be jointly distributed in the Delhi & UP Circuit. The collaboration began with the successful distribution of Dhamaal 4, featuring an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh, and the action-comedy Baby Do Die Do, starring Huma Qureshi and Chunky Panday. The partnership continues with the animated mythological film Mahaprabhu Jagannath, releasing on July 17, followed by the Hindi spiritual film Hanuman Ansh, inspired by the life of Shri Neeb Karori Baba, releasing on July 31, 2026.
