The certificate addresses the growing demand for talent in India's BFSI sector, which is projected to add nearly 2.5 lakh permanent jobs by 2030. According to an Adecco India report, almost 48% of these new roles will emerge from Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
Program Structure
The curriculum spans 164 hours of instruction delivered over six to eight months. It follows a hybrid model combining live online learning with an optional campus immersion at SPJIMR. The program culminates in a joint certificate issued by both institutions.
