The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has directed Concord Enviro Systems to issue notices to statutory authorities and publish advertisements in newspapers as part of its scheme of arrangement proceedings. The order dated June 11, 2026, mandates that the company serve notices to entities including the Central Government, Registrar of Companies, Income Tax Authorities, and sectoral regulators under Section 230(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The tribunal has specified that representations, if any, from these authorities must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice. Failure to submit representations within this period will result in a presumption that the authorities have no objections to the proposed scheme. The matter has been listed for further hearing on July 23, 2026.

Concord Enviro Systems had previously secured shareholder approval for the scheme following an NCLT order dated March 11, 2026. The latest order requires the company to serve notices via email to specific Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies, and Income Tax officials, as detailed in the annexures to the order.

Additionally, the company must publish the notice in two widely circulated newspapers: “Navshakti” in Marathi and “Business Standards” in English. An affidavit evidencing proof of service and publication must be filed with the tribunal within seven days.
