Shri Arvind Kumar holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Before joining National Fertilizers Limited, he served in senior leadership positions within the finance function at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited.
