NFL has invested Rs. 1.80 lakh for an 18% stake in AVFCCL. The project has a tentative 48-month completion timeline and requires approval from the Department of Fertilizers. AVFCCL is incorporated with an authorized capital of Rs. 10.00 crores and a paid-up capital of Rs. 10.00 lakh.
