The company is providing members with the facility to cast votes electronically via the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) e-voting platform. The remote e-voting period commences at 9:00 am on Monday, September 21, 2026, and ends at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Existing Exposure

As per the disclosure, the total loan outstanding to Tata Capital Limited stands at ₹9,19,79,258. The new agreement enhances this existing relationship rather than initiating a fresh credit line from scratch. The company confirmed that it holds no shareholding in Tata Capital Limited.
