Info Edge (India) Limited has scheduled its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. IST, to be conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting will transact business as set out in the notice, including approval of financial results for FY26. Shareholders are advised to update their KYC details to ensure timely receipt of dividends, with the record date for final dividend entitlement fixed at Friday, July 24, 2026. The recruitment business, anchored by Naukri, hosted over 146,000 corporate clients and 118 Million resumes as of June 30, 2026. AI-Rex, the Company's agentic AI recruitment platform, was live with over 4,000 enterprise customers, with hiring mandates growing 3.7x between February and June 2026. Talent Pulse, the AI-powered talent intelligence platform, served over 600 paid customers and generated revenue of ₹320 Mn in FY26. In real estate, 99acres grew web traffic time share from 32% in June 2024 to 51% by March 2026, with app traffic share at 56% and iOS traffic share at 70%. The matchmaking portfolio turned cash-positive for the first time, generating ₹26 Mn in cash from operations. Jeevansathi recorded cash from operations of ₹147 Mn, up 289.6% year-on-year. Shiksha remained profitable and cash-generative, delivering ₹216 Mn in cash from operations.

AI Capabilities and Investment Portfolio

Info Edge has invested approximately ₹700 Mn in AI during FY26, operating over 800 proprietary AI models and employing more than 130 data scientists and ML professionals.
