Eureka Forbes Limited will hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 12:00 Noon IST through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting allows shareholders to participate remotely in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The deemed venue for the AGM is the registered office of the company located at B1/B2, 7th Floor, 701, Marathon Innova, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400 013.
