The company reported strong financial performance for the period, with consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 reaching INR 1415.74 million, a YoY increase of 38.08% compared to INR 1025.28 million in Q4 FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at INR 159.7 million, registering a YoY growth of 22.74%.

Financial Performance Highlights

The company's EBITDA, excluding other income, for Q4 FY26 was INR 206.89 million, up 39.96% from INR 147.81 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA margin for the quarter was 14.61%. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue from operations increased by 21.28% to INR 4066.28 million from INR 3352.76 million in FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue rose 12.06% to INR 3542.03 million, while standalone PAT increased by 32.27% to INR 446.43 million.

Operational Outlook and Expansion

Management highlighted that the order book remains healthy at approximately INR 200 crores as of April 30, 2026, providing strong visibility for the coming quarters. The company successfully commissioned a new 10-ton-per-day electrode plant and expanded wear plate capacity by approximately 25% during the year. A new wear plate manufacturing and heavy engineering facility is expected to be commissioned by the end of Q1 2027.

Looking ahead to FY27, the company expects revenue to grow by more than 20%, supported by capacity additions and strong order inflows.
