Shri Khandelwal brings 38 years of experience to the role, having worked across various domains including production planning, quality control, process coordination, sales operations, and textile manufacturing management. He is a BSc graduate from Rajasthan University, Jaipur.

Prior to joining deepak spinners , he held positions at several notable organizations including Eastern Spinning Mills in Kolkata, Gujarat Spinning Limited in Rajkot, Rajasthan Textile Mills, and Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd.
