Danube Industries Ltd has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Kajal Garg from the positions of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business hours on July 18, 2026. The resignation was tendered due to personal reasons, and the company has relieved her from her duties accordingly.

The intimation was made to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The resignation was formally communicated by Meena Sunil Rajdev, Managing Director of Danube Industries Limited.

In her resignation letter addressed to the Board of Directors, Mrs. Garg requested the company to ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. She specifically asked the company to file necessary e-forms with the Registrar of Companies within prescribed timelines and intimate the stock exchanges regarding her cessation.

The company is required to update its statutory registers, records, and website disclosures to reflect the change. Mrs. Garg holds Membership No. A64229 and has requested a confirmation from the company once all statutory filings related to her resignation are completed.

Danube Industries Ltd intends to enter a strategic tie-up with Shree Info Solutions Private Limited to support business expansion and contribute to the information technology sector. The proposed collaboration aims to provide financial support for the continuous expansion and growth of Shree Info Solutions. This initiative is subject to the approval of the Board and other necessary approvals.

The partnership is designed to combine the financial strength of Danube Industries with the technological expertise of Shree Info Solutions. Both entities aim to deliver world-class digital solutions across India. The strategic agreement represents a shared vision to make a significant contribution to the rapidly developing information technology sector in the country.

As part of its future plans, Danube Industries targets a turnover of 250 crore. The company plans to launch an Aero Defense Division to enter sectors related to aerospace, defense, and advanced technology. This expansion aligns with its commitment to contributing meaningfully to the nation's development.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Ajay Kumar, Chairman of Fox Petroleum Group representing Danube Industries, and Nrupal Shah, Chairman-MD of Shree Info Solutions Private Limited. Shree Info Solutions currently holds 100% government orders. The news of the tie-up was published in the Divya Bhaskar newspaper.
