Statutory Auditor Change

M/s. S R B C & CO LLP will be reappointed as Statutory Auditors until the conclusion of the AGM in 2030. This follows the resignation of Price Waterhouse & Co., which tendered its resignation on July 24, 2025, creating a casual vacancy filled by S R B C & CO LLP pending this approval.
