Balaji Amines Limited has fixed July 3, 2026, as the record date for the payment of its final dividend for FY 2025-26. Pursuant to the Finance Act, 2020, dividend income is taxable in the hands of shareholders, and the company will deduct tax at source at prescribed rates. Shareholders are requested to ensure their PAN is updated with the company or depositories to facilitate tax deduction.
