Apollo Micro Systems plans to make an open offer for up to a 26% equity stake in Premier Explosives Limited at a price of ₹698 per share. The Securities and Exchange Board of India conveyed its final approval via a letter dated August 21, 2026.
This development follows the company’s initial disclosure on July 9, 2026, regarding its intention to acquire the stake in compliance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Regulatory Process
The company stated it will take further steps as recommended by SEBI and as required under the open offer process pursuant to the SEBI SAST regulations. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

Offer Details
SEBI has permitted the tendering period for the Open Offer to commence not later than twelve working days from receipt of the approval of the Competition Commission of India.
The payment to all successful public shareholders who tender their Equity Shares in the Open Offer shall be made within ten working days from the last date of the tendering period. This is subject to the Acquirer paying interest for the said delay at the rate of ten percent per annum.
