The cement division showed strong growth with sales and dispatches up by over 43% and 41% respectively. EBITDA margin improved to 27.27%. The Board approved several corporate actions including financial results, appointment of auditors, and proposed alterations to the Memorandum of Association. A GST investigation is ongoing, with the company having made advance payments of Rs. 641.52 lakhs plus interest and penalties.
