Shiva Mills Reports Q3FY26 Net Loss of ₹70.97 Lakhs, Revenue Declines Year-on-Year
Shiva Mills reported a net loss of ₹70.97 lakhs for Q3FY26, an improvement from ₹146.97 lakhs loss in Q3FY25, though revenue declined to ₹3,425.81 lakhs from ₹3,597.73 lakhs year-on-year. For the nine-month period, the company showed reduced losses of ₹149.57 lakhs compared to ₹304.29 lakhs in the previous year, despite revenue falling to ₹10,226.27 lakhs from ₹12,826.65 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board of Directors on 5th February 2026 following limited review by statutory auditors.

Shiva Mills Reports Reduced Net Loss for Q2 FY2026, Revenue Declines
Shiva Mills Limited, a Coimbatore-based textile company, released its Q2 and H1 FY2026 results. The company reduced its net loss to Rs 16.15 lakhs in Q2 FY2026 from Rs 71.88 lakhs in Q2 FY2025. However, revenue from operations decreased to Rs 3,044.45 lakhs from Rs 4,807.42 lakhs. For H1 FY2026, net loss reduced to Rs 78.60 lakhs from Rs 157.32 lakhs, while revenue declined to Rs 6,800.46 lakhs from Rs 9,228.92 lakhs. The company saw reductions in material costs, employee expenses, and finance costs. Total assets stood at Rs 10,817.67 lakhs with total equity of Rs 9,163.94 lakhs as of September 30, 2025.
