Board Strengthens with Re-appointment of Sumer Singh Wadhwa

Shareholders re-appointed Mr. Sumer Singh Wadhwa as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Wadhwa, who is related to the company's Managing Director, brings 17 years of experience in the wholesale retail trade of furnishing fabrics across India.

Mr. Wadhwa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of the Arts London, obtained in 2006. His extensive experience in the industry is expected to contribute significantly to the company's strategic direction in retail marketing of furnishing fabrics.
