Seasons Textiles Reports Q2 FY2026 Results: Revenue Decline and Net Loss
Seasons Textiles Limited (STL) announced unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 and H1 FY2026 ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations fell 72.9% to ₹773.07 lakh from ₹2,851.77 lakh in Q2 FY2025. The company reported a net loss of ₹2.73 lakh, compared to a profit of ₹17.40 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total assets decreased by 7.6% to ₹5,819.79 lakh. Despite the quarterly loss, STL maintained profitability for the half-year period with a profit of ₹14.67 lakh. The Board of Directors approved these results on November 13, 2025.
