The Ministry of Steel, Government of India, through Order No. S-14014/1/2024-BLA dated 07.01.2026, communicated the appointment of Shri Vishwanath Suresh, Director (Commercial) at NMDC, as Chairman & Managing Director of MOIL Limited. This appointment took effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the new position.

As a consequence of this appointment, Shri Vishwanath Suresh has been relieved from the services of NMDC Limited and ceased to be a Director on the Board of NMDC Limited with effect from 07.01.2026.
